We build and run websites, Google Business Profiles and monthly content for Part 107 drone operators, flight schools, Part 135 air charter operators and helicopter tour companies. Everything is done for you, handled by email, and priced up front.
See pricing Sample deliverablesMost small aviation businesses get work from word of mouth and a free page someone built years ago. We give you a site and listings that work as hard as you do.
A fast, mobile-friendly site with service pages, a portfolio or fleet pages, credentials (Part 107, Part 135, insurance, safety audits), quote or booking forms and local SEO basics.
We set up and optimize your Google Business Profile, Bing, Apple Maps and aviation, charter and drone directories so that "drone photographer near me", "flight school near me" and "private charter from Akron" searches find you.
Google posts, a blog or project write-up, and social captions made from your own footage and job notes. You approve everything before it goes live.
Plans for drone operators and flight schools (charter operators, see charter plans). Month-to-month after the first 3 months. No ad spend required. Most aviation marketing agencies start at $1,000 to $1,750 a month. We're built for owner-operators.
Charter buyers check who operates the flight, what the aircraft can do and how fast you answer before they ever ask a price. Your site should answer all three on the first screen.
A page for every aircraft with seats, range, speed and photos, plus route pages for the trips you fly most ("Akron to Teterboro by charter").
A short quote form that asks what your dispatch team needs (from, to, dates, passengers, pets and bags), so you can reply with a price in one email.
Your Part 135 certificate and any ARGUS, Wyvern or IS-BAO ratings you actually hold, shown up front with the audit date. Nothing you don't hold, ever.
An empty-leg page you or we update each week, plus an optional email list so repeat flyers see new legs first.
Google Business Profile, Apple Maps and aviation directories set up with the same name, base airport and certificate details everywhere.
Tour pages, gift certificates and seasonal booking pages for helicopter tour and charter operators.
Separate plans for charter and larger operators, because the sites have more pages, more aircraft and more moving parts. Most charter marketing agencies start at $1,500 a month plus a $3,500+ website.
About
Cleared For Digital is run by Nick Crookston, an FAA-certificated A&P aircraft mechanic with about seven years in aviation. He started out flying and working on small Cessnas, worked his way through air cargo and charter operations, and moved into a corporate flight department, building deep knowledge of business jets like the Dassault Falcon, Gulfstream and Learjet.
Today he works inside an IS-BAO Stage 3 registered operation, the industry's top safety-management standard. He has been through ARGUS safety audits on the charter side, has experience with helicopters, and has flown for years, from airplanes to drones. He has completed NBAA business management training and holds FlightSafety aircraft-specific training certifications.
That means you never have to explain your operation to us. Nick speaks Part 135, drone operations, safety audits and maintenance, and he knows what charter clients check before they book. Your site is built by someone who knows what makes an operator look credible, and what never to claim.

Each month we send content for your approval, publish it and report results.
No. Everything runs by email. If you'd rather talk something through, we can set up a short call.
Yes, and we're upfront about it. We use AI tools to help draft and organize content, and a person reviews everything. Nothing goes live until you approve it.
You do. The domain is registered in your name, and if you leave, we'll hand over your content and files.
No. Nick flies, but Cleared For Digital does marketing only. Your flight operations, certifications and compliance stay with you.
Our charter plans are built for FAA Part 135 certificated operators. We can build for a broker too, but the site will clearly say it is a broker and not the operator, as federal rules require (14 CFR 295.23). We never show safety ratings or certificates a client doesn't hold.
A simple service agreement with a 3-month minimum, then month to month with 30 days' notice to cancel.
No honest marketer can. We guarantee the deliverables listed in your plan, delivered on schedule.
Email us your business name and website (or Google listing) and we'll reply within 2 business days.
